My background in human computer-interaction and delivering value to end-users. I bring qualitative and quantitative user insights to drive decisions: architecture, data, UI/UX, customer relationship management, and business strategy.
My entrepreneurial experience and impact-driven mindset enables me to focus on what matters most, regardless of role. I've designed AI/ML products for startups, orchestrated improvements to product reliability, created programs that have lasted beyond my tenure, and more.
My foundation in academic research—psychology, data privacy, and human agent interaction—empowers me to deeply understand complex systems, experiment, and disseminate knowledge with my teams.
